Keani Rawlins-Fernandez is a member of the Maui County Council, where she serves the Molokaʻi residency area. She is the Vice-Chair of the Maui County Council, and chair of the Economic Development and Budget Committee. A Moloka’i native, Keani holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her Portuguese roots trace back to the Azores.
